8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR)

The 8 week programme on offer follows the MBSR group-based programme developed, in the 1970’s, by Jon Kabat-Zinn and colleagues at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre. Each session will include time to discuss and experience a range of guided mindfulness practices with the aim of increasing self awareness. The course involves daily home practice and this is supported by weekly handouts and guided meditations.

Sessions are practical and interactive, you learn by experience. Each session is approximately 2 hours.
